At The Childminding Co., we offer a range of childcare solutions to meet your family’s needs. From personalised babysitting to group childminding for weddings, events and corporate occasions, our services are designed for convenience and peace of mind. We also bring the fun with our children’s entertainment options.

We put extra effort into matching our childminders to your unique requirements, so you can avoid possible disappointment when you ‘hope for the best’ but it just doesn’t work out.

How we match our childminders

During our thorough interview, screening and on-boarding process, we really get to know our childminders. So when we match them with your children, we aim for their personality, experience and skills to be just what your family is looking for. And you’ll be able to check their profile out also.

Our minimum requirements are:

• Adult (18+)
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Valid Working with Children Check/Blue Card (QLD)
• Current driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
• A minimum of one year’s relevant experience, with references
• Whooping cough vaccination

Although not mandatory, many of our childminders may also have a formal qualification in a relevant field such as Early Childhood and Education, a National Criminal History Check, COVID-19 vaccination and experience with disability and additional needs.
